That price is per pound and has been increased as of June 29th to $16.75 The whole briskets range from 9 to 12 lbs. You are welcome to bring in your own brisket and we will cook it for you at $2.50 per pound. Don't hesitate to give us a call @ (214)388-5252 should you have any further questions...
